Place an Order
- 1. Fill up our order form which can be found at the bottom of this page.
- 2. By submitting the order form, this means that you have read and agreed with our terms and conditions.
- 3. We will e-mail you within 24 hours to confirm the availability of the item and also provide you further payment details.
- 4. If we don't e-mail you within 24 hours, please re-send the e-mail as we might not have received it.
- 5. If you choose not to fill in the Order Form below, you can email rusticbutterfly@gmail.com and provide your NAME, ITEM, CONTACT NUMBER, DELIVERY ADDRESS and PAYMENT & DELIVERY METHOD preferred.
- 6. All personal information provided to us will be kept confidential.
Payment Details
- 1. We will provide our bank details when your order has been confirmed.
- 2. You can bank in via cash deposit machines or CIMB Clicks Online.
- 3. Payment is due within 2 working days upon order confirmation, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
- 4. Once payment has been made, please send us an email and include your reference number and a copy of your transaction receipt.
- 5. Delivery of items will only commence after payment is made.
